We do not offer refunds for damaged goods. The fragile nature of freeze-dried treats makes it challenging to ensure that your product reaches you completely intact. If your package is damaged before you open it, please take pictures and open a case with the delivery service for compensation. We wrap all our products meticulously so that you can enjoy your treats
